Whole Lodge

A great place for your next group event! Rent our entire lodge and you can have use of 6 distinct units each with their own separate kitchens, living rooms and bedroom space. We have four studios, one 3 bedroom/2bath and one 2 bedroom/2 bath unit in our lodge. In addition, there is a large, beautiful lobby space and a large kitchen if you wanted to have meals together!

A perfect location for time together with the option of retreating to your very own space. While here, enjoy the outdoor deck with beautiful café lights, and view of the open fields where the deer gather in the evenings. Enjoy kayaking, hiking, pickle ball, disc golf, animals and so much more! The perfect location for your special group.

Total capacity is 18, however, we do have extra accommodations if your group is bigger than 18! (Breakfast can be included for an additional fee of $20/person)

Meeting guests is our favorite part of running Hiwassee Acres! We love showing you around the property and learning something about you. We also take pride in making sure you are comfortable throughout your stay..

When you arrive on the property, turn right at the red barn and park at the office building, located straight ahead. We will meet you there and take you personally to where you’ll be staying.

Before you arrive, please fill out the general waiver so there are no delays to fun activities during your stay.

If you think you will arrive after 10 p.m. EST, please let us know, and we will contact you beforehand to make alternate check-in arrangements.

No pets are allowed in the lodge. However, we do allow pets in the villas on a case by case basis for an additional charge.
