Chickens, donkeys and goats – oh my! Grab your favorite person and head on down to Hiwassee Acres to experience a little slice of country life. Ask us about feeding the animals during your stay – they’d love to meet you.

This suite is complete with a queen bed, full sized kitchen, dining area, sitting area, bathroom with a beautiful tile shower, and a wall mounted TV that swivels so it can be viewed from the bed or the sofa. There’s everything two people need to live comfortably in the Farmstead studio.

Meeting guests is our favorite part of running Hiwassee Acres! We love showing you around the property and learning something about you. We also take pride in making sure you are comfortable throughout your stay..

When you arrive on the property, turn right at the red barn and park at the office building, located straight ahead. We will meet you there and take you personally to where you’ll be staying.

Before you arrive, please fill out the general waiver so there are no delays to fun activities during your stay.

If you think you will arrive after 10 p.m. EST, please let us know, and we will contact you beforehand to make alternate check-in arrangements.

No pets are allowed in the lodge. However, we do allow pets in the villas on a case by case basis for an additional charge.
