Poplar Villa

Poplar trees although not used for fine furniture it is a staple for use in boxes and crates where support is necessary. It is also associated with hope and the promise of revival. We hope that when you see a poplar while here you will remember that this get away is a time to enjoy a bit of hope and revival in your life so you can go back with the support you need to face another day!

Each upstairs bedroom of this newly-remodeled townhome is spacious, with a king and queen bed and a view of the rolling fields outside. The main bathroom has recently been redone and is convenient to both bedrooms.

Downstairs, there is a living room with a flat screen TV, dining area, full-sized kitchen – including a Keurig Coffee maker – and a half bath with washer and dryer.

Meeting guests is our favorite part of running Hiwassee Acres! We love showing you around the property and learning something about you. We also take pride in making sure you are comfortable throughout your stay..

When you arrive on the property, turn right at the red barn and park at the office building, located straight ahead. We will meet you there and take you personally to where you’ll be staying.

Before you arrive, please fill out the general waiver so there are no delays to fun activities during your stay.

If you think you will arrive after 10 p.m. EST, please let us know, and we will contact you beforehand to make alternate check-in arrangements.
