Dogwood Villa

Dogwood trees are one of the most beautiful parts of life at Hiwassee Acres with their symmetrical white blooms in the spring and brightly coloured berries and foliage in the fall. No matter what season you visit, the natural artistry of the Acres is sure to be a highlight.

Each upstairs bedroom of this newly-remodeled townhome is spacious, with a king and queen bed and a view of the rolling fields outside. The main bathroom has recently been redone and is convenient to both bedrooms.

Downstairs, there is a living room with a flat screen TV, dining area, full-sized kitchen – including a Keurig Coffee maker – and a half bath with washer and dryer.

Meeting guests is our favorite part of running Hiwassee Acres! We love showing you around the property and learning something about you. We also take pride in making sure you are comfortable throughout your stay..

When you arrive on the property, turn right at the red barn and park at the office building, located straight ahead. We will meet you there and take you personally to where you’ll be staying.

Before you arrive, please fill out the general waiver so there are no delays to fun activities during your stay.

If you think you will arrive after 10 p.m. EST, please let us know, and we will contact you beforehand to make alternate check-in arrangements.
